I have been running and creating videos for the Fit Golfer Girl YouTube Channel since 2016. My goal with this channel is to provide simple golf fitness exercises to help golfers of all levels improve their golf games and feel better at the golf course. During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, I partnered up with Golf.com/Golf Magazine to create a Five Week Golf Fitness Program that our social media followers/readers could do at home with no equipment.

I am currently in the process of creating a new golf fitness series using common household items instead of gym equipment that golfers can do during quarantine. Estimated release date: Last week of April

Golf Fitness en Espanol
In 2019 I partnered up with Golf Channel Latin America to create a series of golf fitness tips in Spanish.
Currently this tips are air 5-7 times a day to over 10k households in Latin America and the Caribbean. They are also available by demand at https://www.golfchannel-la.com/fitness/

Currently working on filming four full length 20 minute “quarantine” workouts that will be aired on Golf Channel Latin America during the month of May. I will be filming the workouts at home and using common household items instead of fitness equipment.
